So. Question. Should I start posting stuff here again, or what? I have a huge backlog of fan-art and the like, and the only thing stopping me is laziness, really. I don't own my own scanner, and to use the one in the office is kind of a pain.
Furthermore, I kind of need to move out. I'm almost 25 and still live at home. This, I am not okay with.
So, honestly, this Fall pretty much determines my future from here on out.
Items I need to purchase:
1. Professional-grade Microphone (MAYBE USB-based.)
2. Sound Mixer FOR said Microphone with Audio Tuner for Computer usage.
2a. A TV Tuner designed for Computer Usage.
3. HD Camera.
4. Drawing Desk
5. Fresh set of Art Supplies (Pencils, Inking Pens, A Wider Range of Prismacolor Coloured Pencils, Prismacolor Markers, Carrying Case...)
6. A desktop computer specifically for the usage of gaming, recording, and editing. (Gaming not in the recreational sense, but for recording for the below.)
7. A web-domain of my very own.
Pretty much, I'll be starting a blog, a podcast, an online reviews show, and a request center over the summer. I've seen people make the online scene their primary source of income, so I believe I could, at the very least, supplement my income with similar acts.
Things I need to work on Drawing-wise:
1. Consistency in drawings (especially in characters from one image to the next.)
2. Expressions
3. Body types and form. (Mine's just a bit sloppy at the moment, and I'm having trouble drawing chests of varying sizes.)
4. Hands (They're getting better, just needs some more work, especially in varying positions and angles.)
5. Backgrounds.
6. Foreshortening and action scenes (because the latter needs the former to be of any good quality.)
7. Shading. (I... just never bothered. I didn't like shading with inking pens, and I need to ink most of my images to prevent them from blending and bleeding over the backs of other pages, as I use sketchbooks.)
I'm getting my webcomic started. Long story short. This is all part of me getting paid for shit I like to do.
So pretty much, what it comes down to, is I'll be working on eliminating my debt over the next year or 3, all while putting my so-called "business" together. It seems a bit diverse, but I feel it's manageable. Really, I just have to start researching as to how to start this crap. Nyeh.
So. I have a few questions:
1. Should I at least start posting fan-art here, so my progress can be viewed and my work critiqued?
2. Would you be interested in any webcomic I drew? Would you follow it?
3. Would you follow my blogs/podcasts/etc...?

Hi. Not dead.
Yeah, been busy. Still crankin' out about 5 sketches a week, but haven't taken the time to upload any, and it's developed quite a backlog. (Do the math, 5 sketches per week times a number of weeks since my last major upload back in the hayday of summer... Yeah, that's a bit much.)
Haven't decided whether or not I'll upload them, but if I do they'll be in batches, as in, a collection of sketches per image each upload.
Oh! Uh, to keep my mind off of nastier things, I've decided to start doing an ask blog.
For now, if you'd like Yukiko or Nekoyuki (and friends - see future upload) to reply, just leave a question in the comments of this jo
Chrome hungers for your delicious RAM.
Been a minute since I popped on here, and when I do I find that the original artists who inspired a few of my sketches on here dropped by with some kind words of encouragement!
Really brightened my day, that.
Been hung up on Uriko from Bloody Roar lately, so expect some sketches of her in the future.
Also a friend of mine commissioned a project from me for a drawing of their DnD character! Gonna get started on that this weekend before a session of my own!
Not to mention I might be getting a permanent job and cease to be a temp, which comes with a $3000 salary boost, which is something I NEED AAA.
Good vibes, ya'll. <3
Hey. I'm not dead, yet
I did a thing.
I draw again.
So from there, MOST of it will be going to my FurAffinity account.
You can find that at https://www.furaffinity.net/user/Nekoyuki/
What I WILL post here are the daily sketches I work on while on my lunch breaks.
However, the majority of my spare time goes into my streaming to Twitch!
I stream a variety of games, with my current focus being League of Legends.
If you are interested, or even just have like 30 seconds to spare, please go to my Twitch channel and drop me a follow!

Just clicking "Follow" ABSOLUTELY helps me out and it only takes a few seconds to do!
Also
An effort, or attempt.
Holy shit.
I'm here.
I have an insane need to create, but my depression's been fighting me on it, so here's my compromise.
I've come across my old stuff. My old DIGITAL stuff, anyway.
I'm going to force myself to upload one of those images per week until I come up with something new.
They'll be going into my scraps (or whatever the fuck it's called) for the time being.
I went to school for animation, and thanks to having my funding pulled (I only had about a year's worth of schooling to go), I had to stop.
This, combined with other factors, has led me to not do anything art-related in the last few years.
In 2010, I attempted suicide.

2) Sure! I'm sort of a webcomic junkie for the seven or eight I read weekly, so one more won't kill me yet XD
